You have grown a lot and experienced wonderful shifts in your life, yet there's still those big challenges coming up that you can't seem to shift You feel a deep desire to live a reality that reflects the higher energy you know you are, to have your life be more of a reflection of who you know you really are inside You feel a deep urge to break out of what has been holding you back but are not quite sure what's blocking you and how to make a real shift You know your life is a reflection of you, your energy and beliefs yet can't figure out what is causing the frustrating challenges you are experiencing You tend to feel like you are failing because you are still experiencing these frustrating challenges Sound familiar?   And if you're like most of the people I see, you know that the only real way to shift your reality is by looking within.  Yet often it is not easy to do on our own and to get the perspective we need to see what's really going on that will allow us to make this shift.  And even if you understand it, how do you shift it?   I know what it's like.  Not too long ago I was stuck myself in a not-so-pleasing reality.  I was in a career that no longer fit who I was, yet to me the reality that was frustrating was being stuck, not free or able to be happy and live my purpose.  I knew what I wanted in my heart, and was so frustrated when yet another challenge came up that made it appear I'd be stuck forever.  Frustrated at not being able to consistently live what I knew in my heart was possible.   Can you relate?   But after many incredible shifts and learning and sharing the Intuitive Healing Process that I channeled, and bringing that into a process and perspective allows for continuous upward movement, things really changed.  I feel a consistent good-feeling energy overall and the challenges that come up don't knock me down like they used to.  And I know that these challenges are not a reflection of my failure.  They are all part of the process and I know HOW to deal with them quickly and easily.   And more than that, I finally can see the path I'm on.  It's not random, I'm not being punished or tested.  I now see that I am on a path and it is guided with immense love.  I can't believe the synchronicity, ease, clarity and guidance I experience.  And it amazes me that I am now able to shift out of lower energy or realities often even before they manifest as frustrating outer experiences.  Incredible!   The process I share and coach on is called the Light Your Path Process.  It is not a linear process as you may have found that a path of growth is not linear.  It consists of 5 pieces that support you in developing the perspective, skills and consciousness needed to create powerful shifts in your reality from within.     What exactly is Light Your Path Process?   The Light Your Path Process has been created based on what I know to work in my life and the lives of my clients.  It is a process of conscious growth that is guided, inspiring and empowers my clients to create profound shifts in their reality on their own.  Here is a brief overview of the 5 pieces of the process: Establishing the Foundation that Allows You to Shift Higher   The foundation of this process is some key spiritual principles and perspectives that allow for real and expansive shifts to take place in your energy, your thoughts and beliefs and your reality. Some of these keys include: higher purpose, you are on a path and it is guided, you are supported by the universe, the role of your intuition, shifting your reality consciously, the power of your intention, your role and the role of Spirit.  Establishing this understanding and foundation allows you to accelerate your growth in a way that is EASE-FUL and guided!   Shifting out of Lower Energies, Releasing the Old Energy and Patterns that No Longer Serve You and Keep You Stuck to a Lower Reality   The first phase of the Light Your Path Process tends to be focused around identifying lower patterns, underlying beliefs, realities and deep issues and patterns that often are unseen because they’ve been operating so long and are normal to you. It is through this identification that you become empowered to make a shift to a higher pattern.   In our work together we are focusing on helping you develop the skills of identifying these lower patterns rather than unconsciously being ran by them. This is the true gift that allows you to use all challenges to take you higher and to not be stuck in frustrating realities and patterns that don’t feel good and hold you back. You will develop your intuitive abilities and learn to use different perspectives to help you separate yourself from the pattern and open to the new higher ones.   The Intuitive Healing Process   The Intuitive Healing Process is what I use during Intuitive Healing Sessions to create profound, immediate shifts in my clients energy and consciousness, which tends to shift the reality they experience quickly.  I have also seen that once clients understand this process and how it works, they can apply it on their own to create these powerful shifts on their own.  This process is not just energy work, it is a process of conscious identification of lower patterns and releasing them for higher ones.  In using this process you get to see clearly what lower patterns are coming up, how they are impacting your reality and why they are there.  Because of this, you are able to create a shift easily from a place of clarity and fully open to a new reality.    Moving Higher, Establishing the New Patterns and Reality   If you are truly committed to your path and living in the higher energy and reality you KNOW is possible, it is not enough to just release the old. If you truly want to take your life and energy to a more meaningful, aligned, joyful place you must establish the higher patterns and reality. Here we stretch our minds, energy and consciousness by opening to the new patterns.  Patterns that were not available to you before when the lower patterns were keeping you stuck. Here you develop skills for identifying the higher patterns and what they might look like and building new, higher pictures of reality for you to embrace and live.   Here the process becomes more like a fun adventure (according to my current clients in this phase), where you are truly free to experience your life to be more you, to truly enjoy your life and continually move to an even more fulfilling experience. The path and your growth becomes even easier as you have left behind the heavy patterns and consciousness that made things so difficult. You become more in tune with your Higher Self and experience synchronicity, little miracles, and flow as a normal occurrence in your reality. Here you begin to be more connected to the purpose behind the events in your life and to your intuition that allows you to experience ease no matter what the outer looks like. Here your trust deepens as you see how your life is guided and life becomes more like an adventure unfolding and you trust this unfolding because you know it leads to more and more good.   Your Place of Power Throughout the process you are developing skills in shifting higher using all that is coming to you in your current reality. Here you learn to use feedback in your life, your outer reality and your intuition to help guide you with what is needed to shift higher. Again, this is not a linear process so you may have to shift lower patterns even when you have established new higher patterns, and sometimes you must establish the new patterns even when there are many heavy old patterns coming up. Throughout the process you are deepening your skills to see what life is guiding you to do or shift. We are aware of your path and keep that in perspective to understand what is coming next and how it all fits into the big picture.   We use the feedback of your every day reality, intuition, dreams, energy behind this time for you (numerology influences), and more to help you light up and navigate your path. Here your trust really begins to deepen as you begin to become aware of the bigger picture, your part in it and the incredible role Spirit plays in orchestrating it all.
