The minimum age to use this Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not assume any responsibility for false statements about age. Clients under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to act on their behalf.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal (debit/credit)

• Square (debit/credit)

• Interac E-Transfer (if arranged in advance)
   

All payments for services are required upfront unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Payment plans must be adhered to, or services may be terminated. We do not accept cheques.
 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All services are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or as approved by Sydney Morrison.

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
   

THIRD-PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES

This Site may include links to third-party websites or services. Light Your Path is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Light Your Path, its owner, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or services. All services and recommendations are offered in good faith for informational and entertainment purposes. Results may vary.
 

FORCE MAJEURE

Light Your Path shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical disruptions.
 

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Sessions are non-transferable.

• For all services, please ensure prompt and respectful communication regarding cancellations or rescheduling.

• For Quick Question email readings, responses will be sent within 1-3 business days unless otherwise outlined (vacation/sick leave).
   

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under applicable law, the remainder of the Terms shall continue to be enforceable.
 

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to remain compliant with the law and reflect updates to our business model. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
